The Woods, located one mile south of Route 20 and set back more than 1,500 feet from Wilbraham's Main Street. Our association is comprised of 145 condominiums spread across 43 separate buildings of two, three and four units, giving the Woods the appeal of a secluded village surrounded by beautiful tall trees. All units include cathedral ceilings, skylights, fireplace, and a first floor primary bedroom with private bath, city water and sewers and natural gas.
